Canal & River Trust acting as trustee of the Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to make the following disposals of interests in land over and adjoining the Worcester & Birmingham Canal in the vicinity of Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham.

The granting of rights to construct, use and maintain a pedestrian and cycle bridge over the canal and towpath within the area coloured blue on Plan 1 to this notice.

The granting of rights to landscape, construct, use and maintain access and egress for pedestrians and cyclists along the length of the towpath shown coloured brown on Plan 2 to this notice. 

The granting of rights to construct, use and maintain landscaping works over the two parcels of land to the rear of the towpath, shown coloured pink and hatched purple on Plan 3 to this notice.

The land, waterways and airspaces involved in the proposed disposals detailed above are owned by the charity. Alternatively, a copy of the plans may be requested in writing.
