A Public Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of The Charities Act 2011

Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of the Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to:

  • Grant a Surface Water Drainage Licence to permit the installation of 1 x 225mm surface water outfall pipe laid within the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath at Summerwood Lane, Halsall, West Lancashire. The location of the outfall pipes will be as shown on the plan to this notice.

The Trustee of the Charity has been approached with a request to grant this right over the Charity’s property.
