  • Grant a lease for a term of 999 years for the construction, retention and use of a new footbridge crossing the Erewash Canal and located between Broad Street and West Park, Long Eaton, the location for which is shown edged in red on the plan to this notice. The rights granted will also include the right to access the towpath from the new footbridge. The existing footbridge will be removed.

The area of land and airspace involved in the proposed lease is owned by the Charity.
