This page contains all the important information, and forms, you'll need to either apply for or renew a private boat licence (if you're not doing it the easy online way).
We encouage you to use our simple online portal to buy or renew licences, update your details or inform us of a boat sale/purchase.
However, we know that's not possible for everyone, so you can also find lots of useful information, inlcuding application forms and associated licence fees, below.

*Correction: between Tuesday 19 - Monday 25 March, the new Boat licence Terms & Conditions on our website contained an error. The line “You will need a home mooring for your boat for this licence type”, was incorrectly included. This has now been corrected.
