Upton upon Severn Visitor Moorings

Mooring on the Upton upon Severn pontoon is free for the published time.  An extended stay charge of £25 (including VAT) per day applies if …

  • you exceed the free mooring period in a single visit
  • you spend more than the maximum 14 days free mooring period in a calendar month 

The area is visited daily by visitor mooring rangers, volunteering on behalf of the Canal & River Trust, who record your boat number.  Extended stay charges will be invoiced monthly and recorded on your boat licence account.

Please respect the mooring zones; they are designed to ensure mooring space is shared fairly between all.

Visitor mooring stay times during festivals

During the following festivals at Upton upon Severn stay times on the visitor mooring pontoon will be relaxed from the Thursday prior to the festival until the Tuesday following.

  • Folk Festival - Thur 28 April – Tue 2 May 2016
  • Jazz Festival - Thur 23 - Tue 28 June 2016
  • Blues Festival - Thur 14 - Tue 19 July 2016
