Sending us a gift
If you need to send us a gift, we ask that where possible you make any legacy payment via BACS transfer. Please contact us by email for more information.
Wills referencing different addresses
Some Wills may reference an old address or one of our regional addresses, or may even reference British Waterways or the Waterways Trust. Gifts left in these Wills are still valid but please contact the Legacy Administration team who'll be able to help you. Email [email protected] or call 07917 078121.
Managing specific requests
If the person has expressed a wish for their gift to be used at a specific Canal & River Trust site, location, or in a particular way, please still contact our central Legacy Administration team. They will do their utmost to ensure that gifts are only ever used for the site or purpose specified in the will.
