Go with the flow this summer with activities for body and mind at the National Waterways Museum, Gloucester. Take part in a family yoga class led by Bluemoon Yoga, enjoy some mindful crafts with Let's Create and relax in our chill out zone.

Try yoga, pilates and more on our refurbished static barge Sabrina 5. This intimate and comfortable space offers a calm place in the city centre hosting small group classes, delivered by qualified and experienced instructors.

Led by our lovely local volunteers Let’s Walk is a way to be active, meet people and spend time by water. Our walks are free, fun and friendly! New in 2025 our community paddling hub offers paddling taster sessions in Gloucester Docks on Canadian Canoes, SUP and sit on top kayaks.
Led by our team of qualified volunteers we offer free sessions at our public open days. Book your place on Eventbrite now! If you are a local community or education group interested in a private session please contact [email protected] for enquiries.
With funding from Sport England and the Canoe Foundation our Barge Arm Pontoon in the Docks has been upgraded to offer step free access suitable for wheelchair users, and we seek to offer inclusive and adaptive paddling, enabling everyone to enjoy the water.
