Community paddling
New in 2025 our community paddling hub offers paddling taster sessions in Gloucester Docks on Canadian Canoes, SUP and sit on top kayaks.
With funding from Sport England and the Canoe Foundation our Barge Arm Pontoon in the Docks has been upgraded to offer step free access suitable for wheelchair users, and we seek to offer inclusive and adaptive paddling, enabling everyone to enjoy the water.
Led by a team of qualified volunteers we offer free sessions to community groups and local organisations. Please contact [email protected] for enquiries.
We also offer public paddling sessions at our summer open days and events.
