The charity making life better by water

Youth skills development and employability

Finding employment is a major challenge. We want to play a part in supporting young people from all walks of life to develop the skills needed for life and work.

We know that finding employment can be difficult, especially if you are fresh out of studies with minimal work experience. We want to play a part in supporting you to develop the soft skills you need to enhance your career prospects.

A future full of opportunity

Our employability work is designed to increase your awareness of career options, help you discover aspirations, provide pathways and improve your overall chances of finding employment.

We also want to open up career pathways in the environmental sector to underrepresented groups.
