The Brownhills Canal Festival is a lively community event on the Wyrley & Essington Canal, with floating traders, boats, stalls and food.
It celebrates waterways and community spirit while raising funds for the restoration of the nearby Lichfield Canal. Come along and enjoy live entertainment in our annual festival.
The Wyrley & Essington Canal is nicknamed the Curly Wyrley, due to its twisting course. Its peaceful, meandering waters see few boats, but it is popular with walkers, cyclists and anglers.
