Come and watch the amazing transformation of Old Ford Lock and Bow Wharf on the juntion between Regents Canal and Hertford Canal. The area has undergone significant changes with the development of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Look at the canal boats moored along the canal and count how many water birds you can see in five minutes. Mile End Ecology Park and Climbing Wall are also accessible through the play area by the Regents Canal towpath.
