Diglis Basin is where the Worcester & Birmingham Canal meets the awesome River Severn. It's a great starting point for exploring the canal and river, and is just on the edge of the city of Worcester.
Take a leisurely post-Sunday lunch stroll around Diglis Marina and Worcester Dry Dock before discovering what else this wonderful riverside city has to offer.

There are no picnic spots in Diglis Basin itself but there are several on the riverside on the way to the cathedral
Wildlife spotting:
Look out for the resident swans, ducks and moorhens - just remember not to feed them bread!
Getting here
By car - there are pay & display car parks in city centre
