The shower/toilet at Black Country Museum customer service facilities remain out of order and will remain closed subject to review in accordance with the Customer Service Facilities Policy.

Both showers are not currently working as they should and only delivering cold to luke warm water. This has been reported to our contractors, so please bear with us whilst we get these issues resolved.
