The Canal & River Trust would now like to tender the site, or elements of the site, to businesses, organisations, or individuals, interested in this exciting opportunity to maximise the potential of the area for future generations.
This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) dated 22/06/2023 is issued to businesses, organisations or individuals that wish to express an interest in leasing land and operating the site at Bancroft Basin located on the Stratford upon Avon Canal.
All tender submissions should be submitted before the tender deadline of 12:00 on 04/08/2023.
