The charity making life better by water

We’re #Games Legacy - join us as a corporate partner

We showcased our canals to the world during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games helping to build a legacy for the future. We have a wide range of opportunities for corporate partners to join us.

We are committed to leaving a lasting legacy of transformed green and blue spaces for local communities and the millions of visitors who enjoy our canals and rivers each year.

We have opportunities to sponsor specific projects (through both grants and volunteering) which fit around your corporate social responsibility objectives and offer opportunities for waterside branding.

Your support will improve and enhance key sustainable transport routes across the city, now and in the future.

Transforming places

Your support will protect and enhance the natural environments of our canals and rivers by restoring, creating and connecting habitat across the canal network and enhancing biodiversity within the green and blue spaces along our waterways.
By helping transform these areas, you will also help preserve the heritage of our 200-year-old canals for future generations to enjoy.

Engaging communities

Volunteers plant wildflowers on the towpath.

We can arrange for your employees to participate in a range of activities including vegetation management, plastic and litter clearing, tree and bulb planting, and heritage tasks such as painting, dealing with graffiti and managing brickwork around locks and towpaths. Often the impact made can continue well into the future and is a great way to re-engage and reconnect colleagues after lockdown.

Thank you

We would like to thank the following companies for their support in helping to leave a lasting legacy for future generations to enjoy:
