This 2.5 hour walk will guide you through all the basic principles of foraging. You will learn how to safely identify edible and medicinal plants and fungi, as well as which ones to avoid! You'll be given hints and tips on how to use the ingredients we find, as well as learning some fascinating folklore about them. This walk will help you to connect to the environment around you and empower you to go on and learn more.
