This is a varied walk which is relatively level. The route takes us from the car park, where we will walk to the River Parrett & follow the public footpath along the river bank towards Huntworth. After a short section along Huntworth Lane we will join the towpath to Fordgate.
We will then return to The Canalside via the towpath.
Participants should meet at 10:00am at the Canalside Conference Centre, Marsh Lane, Bridgwater, TA6 6LQ.

The walk is just over 5 miles (8 kms) and we expect to be back at the Midas Coffee Lounge by 1pm.
There is a cafe & toilet facilities at the conference centre.
This walk is not suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter users.
