The walk, run by Canal & River Trust, will be led by volunteer walk leaders who are full of interesting information about the local area.
Please join us for a fun leisurely walk along the canal. You'll learn a lot and meet new people!
A led walk starting and ending at Marsworth/Startop’s End Reservoirs Car Park. Walking at a medium pace for a maximum of 3 hours, we will stop to talk about the canal heritage and local history. The health benefits and science behind walking will also be covered.
Well behaved dogs on leads permitted are very welcome.
The great thing about walking is that you do not need any fancy equipment. Please be aware that there will be steps and uneven terrain. Please wear stout shoes and suitable clothing, eg a waterproof jacket. It can be breezy on the higher reservoir section.
