Annex 1 – Schedule of personal information processed

Contact information	Email address	To provide you with details on how to attend the meeting and any prior or follow-up information.	Legitimate interests. The Trust has a legitimate interest to contact you as an individual attending a Trust virtual or remote access meeting. It is also in your legitimate interest.
Your image and voice	Image and voice	To enable you to participate in the meeting.	Legitimate interests. The Trust has a legitimate interest to contact you process your image and your voice as a participant in the virtual or remote access meeting. It is also in your legitimate interest. Where the Trust records meetings, the lawful basis is also legitimate interests. The Trust will only record meetings where there is a business reason to do so.
