Annex 1 - Schedule of personal information processed

Contact information	Address, telephone number, email address	To administer and manage your prize draw or competition entry, and to contact you in the event of a winning entry. Where you have consented to receiving marketing material, to contact you about our work.	Contract – for administration of the entry in accordance with the terms and conditions of the particular competition or prize draw. You do not have to provide the information, but if you do not we may be unable to accept your entry as we will be unable to contact you in the event of a winning entry. Consent – for marketing material. You do not have to consent to receiving marketing material, and it will not affect your entry into a prize draw or competition if you do not.
