Written or orally recorded words which you provide about your experience with the Trust or its waterways or surrounding areas.For marketing or promoting the work of the Trust. For example, on social media, a presentation, our website or in printed literature. For archival or documentary purposes.Consent where: The image is captured pursuant to an organised photo or video shoot, where you are the focus and prominent in the image. Your written or audio story is captured pursuant to an organised project. Legitimate interests where: You are incidental to the image, however prominent, e.g., images of a crowd, a scene, or a large group. You cannot be identified from the image. Using historic images previously captured.
Consent informationName, email address, signature, telephone, postcodeTo evidence your consent to collect and process the images, video, or story.Legal obligation. The Trust has a legal obligation to record consents to process personal information, in this case the images and stories for evidential and data protection management purposes.
