Annex 2 – Schedule of personal information shared

Depending on the circumstances, your information may be shared in accordance with the following.

Third party	Purpose
Consultants and external suppliers and service providers.	Administration and facilitation of our support functions, e.g., processing your Friends memberships, orders, donations, newsletter sign-ups, mail houses, and to conduct services on behalf of the Trust.
Research partners.	To contact our supporters for research and survey purposes.
Third-party research and analysis partners (e.g. Experian/Mosaic).	For prospecting analysis purposes and to cross-reference information to ensure our records are up-to-date and otherwise accurate.
