Depending on the circumstances, your information may be shared in accordance with the following.

Official authorities, organisations, and regulators (e.g., police, Trading Standards, DVLA, HMRC, Fire and Rescue Services, CCTV operators, The Environment Agency, insurance companies).For official Trust business (e.g., identification, evidential and instigative purposes), or where there is otherwise a lawful basis to share the information, or the information sharing is exempt from the provision of the UK GDPR barring disclosure (for example where the police request information for the purpose of criminal investigations).
The Institute of Customer Service (ICS).With your consent, to run our customer satisfaction surveys.

The Trust's subsidiaries and affiliated companies. When we have a legitimate interest to share the data or are required to do so to fulfil the requirements of our public task.

Our third-party partner delivery partner.To enable online shop purchases to be delivered.
The Trust’s external survey or research partners.With your consent, for surveys or research about your experience with the Trust or its waterways.
The Trust’s online digital ticketing service providers.For entry into events, museums, and other attractions.
Utility companies, where relevant.To advise of incoming or outgoing tenants of our properties.
The Angling Trust, where relevant.Further to enrolment on a Let’s Fish event, for licence compliance purposes and, with consent, for Angling Trust marketing.
The Trust’s partners in relation to events and functions, for example caterers, landowners or events managers.To ensure that your dietary and access requirements are provided for.
Third-party research and analysis partners (e.g. Experian/Mosaic).To cross-reference information to ensure our records are up-to-date and otherwise accurate.
