Our canals and rivers are ideal places for birds to raise a family, but as hedgerows and mature trees become scarcer, they often struggle to find suitable nesting sites.
These bird boxes protect eggs and keep fledgling chicks safe. They could be placed in trees, as well as on bridges, fences and buildings. With your gift our volunteers could put up more of these fantastic homes for birds and bats along our canals and ensure they're ready for new nests every spring.
