Performance reports
In England we must report annually to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government on our compliance with our obligation to respond as a statutory consultee. The report is prepared on a financial year basis e.g. 2019-20, and is submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government by 1 July each year.
Our performance reports show that we're exceeding our statutory duty to respond target.
