We provide advice to decision makers and developers about protecting and enhancing the waterway infrastructure, facilities and environs when development is proposed. Our role is also essential in mitigating against extra liabilities and burdens being placed upon us by development proposals. We also seek to work with developers and local authorities to ensure that development interacts positively with our network, to encourage better use of waterside spaces by new and existing communities for their enhanced wellbeing.
