The Wyrley & Essington Canal is nicknamed the Curly Wyrley, due to its twisting course. Its peaceful, meandering waters see few boats, but it is popular with walkers, cyclists and anglers.

The mighty River Trent is one of England’s major rivers. It flows through the bustling city of Nottingham, the market town of Newark and the rural Trent Vale.
The Lancaster Canal was only recently connected to the national waterway network via the Ribble Link in 2002. Spending the majority of its life in isolation, it has developed its own unique character.
Drayton is almost completely surrounded by a wooden walkway leading to jetty-style pegs. It covers 25 acres and supplies water to the local Grand Union Canal.
The permanent restoration of Toddbrook Reservoir in Whaley Bridge begins this spring, following planning permission granted earlier this month by High Peak Borough Council to us.

We are currently working on a major project to restore Toddbrook Reservoir after the dam auxiliary spillway was damaged in August 2019 after a period of intense rainfall.
