Restoration training & workshops

Together with the Inland Waterways Association, we run a series of workshops and training events throughout the year, including our annual restoration conference.

Annual Restoration Conference

The planning for the 2026 Restoration Conference is now in full swing and a date has been confirmed for Saturday 18th April 2026. It will take place at Dudley Canal and Caverns and will have the theme of Placemaking.

The event is a brilliant opportunity for volunteers to network and to strengthen collaborative restoration efforts and we can't wait to share more details with you once plans have been finalised.

2026 Training Programme

We will soon be starting a schedule of new training workshops and webinars over the next 12 months. We are currently discussing topics and speakers, and will announce sessions as they become available.
