Bridge 197, Bar Lane Swingbridge is closed due to a mechanical issue. The key mechanism is broken and will be closed. Engineers will attend to the bridge tomorrow and we will update the notice once the bridge is repaired and reopened to allow navigation. The bridge is open to road traffic and closed to boat traffic.
