Navigation is currently closed at Bridge 25, Higgins Clough Swing Bridge on the Peak Forest Canal due to a fault with the bridge bearing, making the swing bridge inoperable.
Our team is currently awaiting delivery of the necessary replacement parts. Once these have been received, a date for the repair works will be scheduled.
A further update will be provided on or before Wednesday, 18 November.
