Contractors working on behalf of Network Rail will be carrying out a detailed examination of the railway structure. A pontoon with scaffold will be used to allow access to all areas of the bridge.
Boaters are asked to listen to and follow the advice of the contractors on site while the pontoon is moved to a position of safety to allow boats to pass.
Customers may experience a short delay while this takes place, but delays should not exceed 30 minutes.
Please approach the area with care and follow any instructions given by the contractors.
