A third-party event will be taking place on Saturday 24th October 2026 from 9:00am until 1:00pm on the Montgomery Canal. This will be a mixed event taking place on our towpaths and within the navigation.
Participants will be rowing between 9:00am and 12:00pm from Lock 2, Belan Locks to Bridge 114, Moors Lift Bridge.
Participants will also be walking or cycling between 10:00am and 1:00pm from Lock 2, Belan Locks to Bridge 147, Brynderwen New Road Bridge.
The towpath and navigation will remain open, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
