A navigation closure is required to enable essential repairs to be carried out to both the head and tail gates at Swanley Lock 2.
The works will include boarding of the gates, mitre repairs, quoin post repairs and cill repairs to address water loss through the lock.
These repairs are required to improve the operation of the lock, reduce water loss and maintain safe navigation through the flight.
