Further to the notice below the Caen Hill Flight is now returning to normal winter opening hours.
Caen Hill winter opening hours run from 5th October to 31st March: 8am to 4pm, with last entrance to the flight at 1pm.
Locks 29 and 44 are locked at the end of each day and reopened at 8am the following morning

Further to the notice below, please be advised that due to ongoing concerns regarding water levels at Caen Hill, the flight will remain on restricted operating hours.
10:00am to 2:00pm daily.
This notice will be reviewed again on Monday 5th October.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue to monitor and manage the situation.

Please be advised that due to ongoing concerns regarding water levels, we have made the difficult decision to restrict the opening hours at Caen Hill Flight. The flight will be open during the following periods:
- Friday 25th September until Monday 28th September.
- 10:00am to 2:00pm daily
This situation will be reviewed again on Monday 28th September and a further update will be issued following that review. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue to monitor and manage the situation.
