A third-party paddle event will be taking place on Saturday 3rd October 2026 from 10:00am until 4:00pm on the Wyrley & Essington Canal.
The event will be taking place between Railway Bridge, Horseley Fields Junction and Swan Garden Bridge, Qualcast Road.
The navigation will remain open, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
This event is subject to water resources available closer the event date.
