Planned Engineering Works Latton Lock No 9

Please be advised that urgent engineering works are scheduled to commence on 12th October at ///clues.occurs.proud upstream of Lock 9 Latton Lock on the River Stort.

The navigation in this area remains closed at present due to low water levels. Once the navigation reopens, a restriction will remain in place here while engineering works are completed. While vessels including wide beams may be able to pass through the work area, please be advised that there may be occasions when the Canal & River Trust needs to temporarily hold boats for up to four hours to facilitate the safe operation of the restriction.
