The towpath is currently closed at Bridge 164 on the Lancaster Canal following a vehicle strike, which has caused coping stones to fall onto the towpath.
Our engineers have been informed and will attend site tomorrow to carry out an inspection to assess the extent of the damage so a method of repair can be planned.
A further update will be provided on Thursday 27 August.
