The Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital Charity Dragon Boat Race is taking place on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th September 2026 from 9:30am until 4:30pm each day.
The event will be taking place between Salvage Turn Bridge on Worcester & Birmingham Canal to Bar Lock Footbridge on the New Mainline.
The towpath and navigation will remain open, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
The visitor moorings between these Bridges will be suspended for the event from Thursday 17th September 2026 at 6:00am until Friday 18th September 2026 at 7:00pm. The moorings will be signposted.
