We have had confirmation from our contractors that this tree has been removed and the navigation is open for use as normal.

We have been advised that a tree has fallen across the navigation in the vicinity of Halfpenny Bridge and Pipe Bridge and whilst it is passable with care, boaters are advised to exercise caution.
Contractors have been advised and are due to attend on Monday, 10th August.
This notice will be updated as soon as more information is available.
