Lock 15 - large tree trunk wedged under tail paddles. *Removed*

The large tree has been removed from under Lock 15. The closure has been lifted.

A large tree trunk has become wedged at Lock 15, making passage not possible for boaters. We have a contract team attending to the site today. The notice will be updated when we have been able to remove the obstruction, currently below the water line, making extraction difficult.
