Navigation Closure - Hertford Union Canal, Top Lock, Lock 1 - Bottom Lock, Lock 3, Bow/Hackney Wick

As part of our ongoing efforts to manage and maintain water levels across the wider network, a navigation closure is necessary on the Hertford Union Canal between Top Lock, Lock 1 and Bottom Lock, Lock 3 on the Hertford Union Canal.   While we appreciate that closures can be disruptive, this action is being taken to help safeguard the network and support future navigation. We will close the navigation at 15:00 on Thursday 30th July and we will review the navigation conditions on Monday 3rd August and provide a further update.
