A young people's fishing competition, organised by Canal & River Trust and hosted by Stoke on Trent Angling Society, is taking place on Saturday 1 August between 8:45am and 2pm.

The event will use a section of the towpath between Mill Bridge and Trubshawe Cross. The towpath and navigation will remain open to boats and the public, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
