Lock 83 To Lock 89

Third-party contractors will be onsite between Lock 83 and Lock 89 on the Rochdale Canal to carry out a hydrographical survey of the offside wash wall.

These works will be taking place from Tuesday, 28 July at 8am until Thursday, 30 July at 6pm.

To be able to survey the offside wash wall, hydrographical survey equipment will be in place, we request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow any equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage.

We anticipate a wait of no longer than 30 minutes.
