A private fishing event will be taking place on Saturday 25 July 2026 from 7:00am until 5:30pm.
The event will use a section of the towpath between Lock 12, Whitely Lock to Goole Railway Bridge on Aire & Calder Navigation, including up to Bridge 7 on the New Junction Canal.
The towpath and navigation will remain open to boats and the public, but we kindly ask you to stay alert and proceed with care while passing through the area.
