Lock 20 will be closed on the Tuesday July 21st to allow the team to repair the paddle at Lock 20 and will be working in the water. We need to ensure that there is no boat movement in that area during this time, to prevent overtopping while they are working and keeping the working environment safe for them. Please obey any instructions given and please wait until tasks have been completed. We will update the notice as soon as the repair works have been carried out and it is safe to reopen the lock. The job should only take a few hours and is vital to keep the lock operating in the safest conditions.
