Please be advised that the submerged obstruction, believed to have been a ride-on lawnmower and previously located near the towpath side of the canal at what3words: ///gosh.teams.final, has now been removed.
The navigation is fully open, and boaters can now pass through the area as normal.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this issue was being resolved.

Please be advised that there is a submerged obstruction, believed to be a ride-on lawnmower, located close to the towpath side of the canal at what3words: ///gosh.teams.final.
Boaters are advised to keep towards the centre of the channel when passing this location, as this will help avoid the obstruction.
We are making arrangements to remove the obstruction and will provide a further update once the work has been completed. Thank you for your cooperation.
