Please be advised that the completion date for the ongoing third-party works has been extended and is now expected to be 30 September 2026.
The extension is required due to delays in the construction programme.
As a result, the suspension of moorings associated with these works will also remain in place until 30 September 2026.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while the works are completed.

Third-party contractors on Behalf of Deeley Homes are to undertake canal wall repairs following the demolition of the old Britannia Warehouse.
A fabric dam will be installed in the canal to facilitate the works. The works will be undertaken in two phases (70m sections) to minimise disruption to canal users.
One to two visitor mooring spots next to Coleshill Road Bridge 41 may need to be suspended for a period of three to four weeks.
Please adhere to signage on site and pass the dam with care, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
