Following the successful completion of works in the central docks by Peel Ports, the Liverpool Link will reopen to boaters from Monday 20 July.

The Liverpool Link remains temporarily closed while Peel carries out essential construction and maintenance works in the Central Docks.
We have worked to keep disruption to a minimum; however, as our rights are limited to permitting our customers to travel through Peel's property, the owners can close this section at any time to carry out necessary repairs and maintenance.
The Trust has very limited control over access to this area and has not been able to prevent this closure.During this time, access to Albert Dock and Salthouse Dock will not be possible via Brunswick Lock either, due to repairs needed to the Lock.
