3rd Party Works between Bridge 212A, Railway Bridge and Bridge 212A, Thackley Disused Railway Bridge

Contractors on behalf of Network Rail requesting access to the canal with a pontoon and scaffolding (included safety boat) to inspect the two railway bridge structures. The Pontoon will be launched south of inspection area at Apperley Bridge, BW Office and Yard.

Canal and Towpath users to approach the area with care, taking instructions from any marshals present. Canal and Towpath access to be maintained, however users may be asked to wait no longer than 20 mins whilst apparatus is moved to one side, so they can safety pass.
