Please be advised that a tree has fallen into the navigation approximately 100 yards downstream of Spellbrook Lock (Lock 3).
The tree is restricting navigation, and currently only narrowboats are able to pass. The towpath is also partially obstructed, it can be stepped over with care.
Please take extra care when navigating or walking through this area.
Our team is currently arranging for the tree to be removed. This notice will be updated as soon as further information becomes available.
