Low water levels between Victoria Quays and Lock 1 on the Tinsley Flight - restricted movement

A navigation restriction is in place from Victoria Quays/ Sheffield Basin Wharf to Lock 1 on the Tinsley Flight. This section is currently experiencing low water levels. The pumps are working and the Tinsley Lock flight is still closed from over the weekend to try and allow the water levels to recover. The team will be investigating any known or unknown leakage in this section to try and discover what the issue may be and what is causing the low water issue. The team will be closely monitoring the section and we will lift the restriction once water levels have recovered from Sheffield Basin to the bottom of the Tinsley Flight accordingly for navigation.
