Our Mechanical and Electrical team has attended today and has identified a problem with the bridge. They will be back on site tomorrow morning, to carry out a repair.
This notice will be updated once the repair is complete or there is further information

Due to suspected boat impact, the navigation is now closed at Bridge 174, Thorlby swing bridge.
The bridge appears to have come off of its bearings and will require repairs to be able to reopen this.
Engineers will be in attendance throughout next week to try and resolve this issue.
