Navigation will be closed at Glascote Lock 13 between 06:00 and 12:30 on Wednesday 22 July 2026 to allow for urgent repair works.
We have identified a fault with the towpath-side ground paddle at the top end of the lock, where the paddle has become detached from the operating rod. This is currently causing the lock to fill very slowly.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while these essential works are carried out.
